A typical Business Coaching path between Coach and manager, is based on trust and confidence. The path is focused on goals, action plans and manager individual needs agreed and measured together (company, manager and coach).

Business Coaching mode is based on listening, context exploration, new points of view, action planning. The approach includes both operative and behavioral areas.

A typical individual program starts with defining "3 voices" (Company, Manager and Coach) individual plan which is developed through 10 meetings in 6 months.

Coaching Competence Workshop

It is an effective program, with low spending time classroom, that allows to develop coaching skills and it makes the manager responsible for self development skills through activities implementation on the job.

It also allows a group of managers to carry out tutorial activities for young high potentional manager. It is a valid supportive tool that allows managers to better understand their company role and coaching skills. It also offers tools and method in line with the objectives.
